Emergency Handbook for Food Managers

Food managers quick-reference handbook for emergency preparedness and response. The handbook presents what to do first, who to call and steps to keep people and food safe in emergencies. It gives tips in the event of a longer-term emergency and steps for recovery after an emergency. Additionally, this kit includes Emergency Readiness For Food Workers, a set of photo lessons (in English and in Spanish) with a companion discussion guide.
